I like it. . . . most days!!!   Plus, there's about a 9 year gap between me and my next oldest sibling--so I had the benefits of a large family, and a few perks of being an only child, as I was growing up!!

Commencement on campus today--graduated 696 Seniors.  Several of whom I would have been willing to help pack their belongs and escort off campus!!

Sorry, JJ!!

I'm around, but been working down on some quilts in my basement, so not checking the 'puter as often if I get busy with the other stuff!!  Am off this weekend, though I do have to work tomorrow night for an event on campus.

I'm doing O.K.  How are you doing?!

That's good to be staying out of trouble!!!  That's what I'm trying to do this weekend, too!!!  grin

It's Alumni/Reunion Weekend this weekend--3,000 alumni wandering around campus.  One of my former student workers is crashing at my place this weekend, too!  He's up on events on campus for now.  I'm sure he'll be back well after midnight, so I'm just working on my projects in the meantime!

They're all alumni, so who knows. . . . . . . And as for the student worker--that's not a conversation I need to have with him.  I think the world of him--I'm proud to have seen him grown into an amazing young man, but that's about it.  He's in med school and getting ready to figure out where he's going to be doing his 4th year Residency right now.

Yeah, little brother/nephew--that's pretty close.

Working on a baby blanket for my niece & her husband tonight.  The munchkin isn't due until November, but since I'm flying out to see them in a couple weeks, thought that if I could get it done before I left, I can take it with me for them!!

Yeah, I do enjoy making them.  And it's a good stress reliever--which has been MUCH needed lately.  I have four others (2 the same) that I've been working on this week.  They're all at the 'almost done' stage, but all that's left on them in 'hand' work, so I can do that just about anywhere/anytime.

Enjoy your TV.  I picked up Seasons 9 & 10 of CSI (original one) on DVD yesterday, so I have that playing as I'm working tonight.  Catch you later!!

Nice!!  I went a little crazy last week--downloaded SEVEN versions of "I Won't Dance" to my iTunes.  I think my favorite is the version by Eddy Duchin and His Orchestra, but I liked all of them and simply couldn't choose, so I got 'em all!!
